Hewitt, Texas – Garden Homes of Warren Park, a new development in Hewitt, Texas, near Waco, is proud to announce one of its custom homes, 328 Camellia Drive, will be featured in the 2022 Parade of Homes presented by the Heart of Texas Builder’s Association April 22-24 and April 29 – May 1.
The home was built by award-winning Waco builder Pat Hambrick and WRE Development Group, LLC. Tour hours are Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon-5 p.m.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is 1,820 square feet and includes energy-efficient features, an open-concept living and dining room, craft molding, raised ceilings, and custom cabinetry. It is priced at $362,000.
According to the Heart of Texas Builder’s Association, many of the homes featured this year “are the result of the legacy that has been passed down through the generations of builders in Waco that focus on quality building standards.”
This is certainly true for Pat who has been building custom homes in the Waco area for more than 40 years, has been president of the Heart of Texas Home Builder’s Association and has twice been named “Builder of the Year.”
Pat and developer-partner Phil Neely built Garden Homes of Warren Park to offer buyers an affordable custom home option. Pat and Phil along with Phil’s father, Othel Neely, began the project on several acres of Neely family land that dates back to the founding of the city of Hewitt by John Allison Warren in 1893. While Othel passed away before the project was complete, Garden Homes of Warren Park leaves a rich legacy of family and Texas history.
New home buyers can work with Pat to design and build their custom home. Each home is unique and built with quality construction and the latest technology in energy-efficient features. The price range is from a low of $325,000 to the mid $400,000 range. The subdivision is conveniently located off Interstate 35 and adjacent to Warren Park along S. Old Temple Road.
