Aerobic exercise helps you regulate your blood pressure, improve your heart rate, increase your muscular endurance, and improve your mood. It also regulates your digestive system, strengthens your bones and maintains your bone density so you have fewer fractures.
Mental health is the third main article of well-being. Mental health refers to your ability to cope with everyday demands with coping skills. People who are mentally healthy to have a better ability to cope with stress and handle life’s difficulties. Mental well-being is important for avoiding health conditions like depression, anxiety and eating disorders. The four main articles of well-being are physical health, emotional health, physical capabilities and cognitive functions. There are a lot of interrelated aspects to good health but they all contribute to your overall well-being.
As you can see there is a lot of overlap between the three main articles of overall health. This is why all three are equally important. One can say that public health is the third main article of public health as it touches many aspects of the life of a society. It includes medical education, medical research, health promotion, and health services regulation.
